Our Mission:

Located in the Bearden area of West Knoxville, Healthflex School of Reflexology Inc. is dedicated to the promotion and modeling of wellness through touch; professionalism through education; knowledge through inquiry; and caring through community service.

Reflexologists are expected to have expertise in various forms of manual techniques, to be highly knowledgeable about the structure and relationship of the feet and hands to the rest of the body, to be knowledgeable concerning reflex pressure points, and be empathetic and caring to the client. We commit ourselves at Healthflex to provide an educational experience that fulfills these goals.

While our primary goal is to educate students in the highest state and national standards, we are also committed to supporting the personal growth and health awareness that is necessary for practitioners in this dynamic field.

Our Objective:

The Staff and Officers of Healthflex School for Reflexology Inc. are dedicated to:

	Educating students in the highest state and national standards in the profession of Reflexology.
	Providing an educational atmosphere that recognizes the individual needs of the student.
	Fostering community awareness of the Reflexology profession and community out reach.
	Preparing the student to establish a private practice or work with another health specialists as a Certified Reflexologist.

Graduates will be qualified to register with the State of Tennessee as a Registered Certified Reflexologist.

Location and Facility:

Reflexology School and Training Healthflex is located at 5410 Homberg Drive, Suite 22A in the Bearded area of West Knoxville. The location of the school is in the heart of picturesque rolling foothills of East Tennessee. The region is acclaimed for its year round outdoor activities, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the area's many lakes and rivers. The school houses modern up-to-date demonstration and practice equipment appropriate for teaching Reflexology.

Healthflex School of Reflexology Inc. is authorized by the Tennessee Higher Education Commission (THEC). This authorization must be renewed each year and is based on an evaluation by minimum standards concerning quality of education, ethical business practices, health and safety, and fiscal responsibility.
